4th Class Motor Certificate of Competence or a recognized qualification in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Suitable experience in Watchkeeping duties is desirable.
Experience in a Motorman position on a Merchant or Offshore Vessel.

Assist the Supervisor in identifying jobs that may require a Risk Assessment.

Shall undertake duties as allocated or directed by the Chief Engineer/Senior Mechanic.
Undertake operational maintenance, planned maintenance, and repairs to mechanical.
