Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations
Understanding of financial aspects, including budgeting and profit and loss management
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with restaurant management software

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
Manage and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
Implement and enforce hygiene and safety regulations
Monitor and control operational costs and budget
Collaborate with the chef to create and update menus
Handle customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and resolution
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
