Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative staff and ensuring efficient and effective workflow.

Will be required to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and to work closely with support staff and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role

  • Must have finance background with experience interacting with customers

  • Proficient in the use of finance software and Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to collaborate with departments

  • Valid police clearance and two professional references.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the administrative staff.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including phone and email etiquette, and ensure clients are attended to in a timely and professional manner.

  • Create and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of administrative functions.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with other departments to complete projects on time and within budget.

  • Act as a liaison between administrative staff and Service Manager.

  • Develop and maintain departmental documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.

  • Create departmental reports and monitor while managing departmental budgets.

  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job functions effectively.

  • Assist with special projects as needed.
