We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, assisting in kitchen operations, and mentoring junior staff. This role requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience in a kitchen environment, with at least 2-3 in a cook or supervisory role.

Kitchen Leadership: Supervise and guide junior cooks and kitchen staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels to minimize waste.
Quality Control: Monitor food quality and portion sizes; conduct regular checks to ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication.
Kitchen Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food storage areas; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during food preparation and service, providing solutions to maintain efficiency.
Working Conditions:
This position may require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on operational needs.
A fast-paced kitchen environment; may involve standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
