The Human Resources Business Partner creates strategic partnership with leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and workforce guidance. While, providing expert HR guidance, support, develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certifications will be considered a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
Employee Relations: handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure fair and transparent treatment of employees
Change Management: provide support during organizational changes, such as restricting, mergers or acquisition. Assist in communicating changes, managing employee concerns, and driving successful transition
HR Analytics: utilize data and analytics to identify trends, measure HR metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Provide insights to leaders on workforce trends, retention, and engagement levels
Employee Engagement: foster a culture of employee engagement by implementing initiatives, conducting surveys, and facilitating communication channels to ensure employees feel valued, motivated, and connected
Focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing resolutions by conducting weekly meetings
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by your supervising officer.
