The receptionist is responsible for up keeping the standard of the hotel and directing the daily affairs of the hotel.
Greet guest and answer any questions or concerns, inform guest of hotel rated and and services, verify guest payment methods, register and check in guest, Ensure proper room allocation when issuing room keys and directing guest to their room, Enforce rules and policies of the hotel. Balance off monies.
Ability to work shift 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am Shift rotates and you are required to work 12hrs on either Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday to facilitate day off for staff.
