The Online Support Assistant will be working alongside Supervisors and Managers as is necessary.
Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
Must be 18 years and older.
Must have good problem-solving skills.
Must have good conflict-resolution skills.
A keen eye for details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus active listening skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work a 24-hour shift system.
Corresponding with customers on various communicative platforms.
Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer questions via phone, email, social media, and chat.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Be able to develop and document cases/ logs of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
