Sales Manger: Lead a Sales Team and to achieve Sales Budget
Post Secondary Education- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales management or a related field
Proven Track record as a sales representative or sales manger, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminar, and conferences
Ability to communicate, present, and influence affectively at all levels
Strong business acumen and industry expertise, with excellent mentoring and people management skills

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with customers, understanding their needs and partnering for success.
Reporting & Forecasting: Present sales, revenue, and expense report, along with realistic forecast, to management.
