As a Safety & Quality Officer / Technical Librarian, you will support the Safety & Quality Department in managing the Safety & Quality Management Systems and Technical Library. You will assist with document drafting, amendments, and ensure compliance with Document Management Procedures. This role requires flexibility in diverse environments, along with a commitment to teamwork within the Correia Group of Companies.
At least 5 Subjects at CSEC inclusive of Mathematics and English.
Working experience in an Administrative Department (would be an asset)
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of Microsoft Suite.
Provide effective and efficient technical support to the Safety and Quality department.
Assist in the preparation and submission of all documents to both internal and external organizations in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain an effective and efficient Technical Library system.
