Description

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different areas.

Requirements

  • Degree in human resources, strategic management, business administration, or a related field.     

  • Three years in a supervisory position and a background in  human resources would be an asset.  

  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR functions.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Communication skills – written, verbal and presentation

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space as needed

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.

  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.

  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.

  • Assisting with the organization of team-building and staff development activities.

  • Brainstorming and implementing incentives that increase staff morale and productivity.

  • Keeping abreast of government regulations and public policies and accordingly.

  • Processing of employees compensations and benefits.
