Description

The Part-Time Online & Onsite Sales Agent will be responsible for driving online sales and providing excellent customer service through various online channels. This role involves engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and promoting our products in a friendly and professional manner. Also required to work onsite a few days a week.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in sales or retail is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in using computers, email, and online communication tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Previous experience in online sales or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with product selection, providing information on features and benefits.

  • Process orders, handle returns, and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online sales campaigns and special offers.

  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and promotions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
