As an installation crew driver, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering equipment and materials to various customer locations. You will also assist the installation team with setting up and testing wireless devices, routers, modems, and other hardware. You will ensure that the installation process is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the company standards and customer satisfaction.
To be successful as an installation crew driver, you should have:
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Experience in driving trucks or vans and handling heavy or fragile items
Basic knowledge of wireless technology and internet service
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to lift up to +50lbs and climb ladders

Loading and unloading items safely and securely
Assisting the installation team with setting up and testing wireless devices, routers, modems, and other hardware
Troubleshooting any issues or problems with the installation process or the equipment
Ensuring that the installation process is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the company standards and customer satisfaction
Providing excellent customer service and answering any questions or concerns from the customers
Reporting any damages, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor
Maintaining the vehicle and the equipment in good condition and reporting any malfunctions or repairs needed
