● Prepares Invoices and Quotations accurately and within the targeted turnaround time.
● Provides information to customers including pricing, product features and availability of products.
● Ensures accuracy in terms of quantity, pricing, and any applicable discounts.
● Works closely with the respective Sales Manager, Sales Representative and Accounts team in order to meet the request of the customer.
● Prepares all weekly and monthly reports.
● Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to billing.
● Recording of all Lost Sales.
● Processes delivery notes.
● Reviews delivery notes report and provides feedback to the operations team.
● Ensures the maintenance and adherence to ISO Standards.
● Promoting and selling via telephone and/or e-mail.
● Performs any other duties assigned at Management’s discretion
● Five (5) CXC or GCE O’ Level passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
● At least two (2) years’ experience in the field of Customer Service.
● Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Team Oriented.
● Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
● The ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision.
