Prompt executive of Brew house duties outlined to maintain the high level of efficiency within the department.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree, Ordinary Diploma in Science or five (5) subjects CXC/GCE (English Language, Mathematics & a Science subject)

Computer Literacy

Five (5) years' experience in a Science-related field

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the facility remains safe, secure and well maintained.

  • Liaise with yeast management technician, brewer and senior brewer with regards to production plans.

  • Document all information as outlined on the forms Provided.
