Customer Service Representative

Camex Limited, the authorized licensee of Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) in Guyana, is currently seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative at our Georgetown and Ogle locations.

• A minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication (written & verbal) and human relations.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during stressful situations.

• Experience in logistics is an asset.

• Active listening and empathy for difficult situations.

• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow policies.

• Answer calls/emails/chats for tracking, rates, supplies, and service details.

• Resolve delivery issues, billing questions, claims, and complex service disruptions.

• Educate customers on FedEx products, services, policies, and appropriate shipping methods.

• Utilize FedEx software for tracking, logging interactions, processing orders, and managing accounts.

• Work with drivers, operations, and other teams to ensure timely and accurate service. Own and resolve all customer queries and complaints.

• Develop and maintain good rapport with customers to meet the company’s objectives.

• Proactively contact customers when issues are anticipated, aiming to build positive long-term relationships.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Schedule pickups, process bookings, and generate quotes.
