We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy IT Assistant to join our growing team and support daily IT operations.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or similar role (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may also apply).
Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, Wi-Fi).
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff and student—troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related equipment.
Assist in setting up user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure and networks.
Support IT team in implementing upgrades, security patches, and software updates.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, repairs, and system configurations.
Provide on-site and remote support as needed.
