The Human Resources Clerk supports the daily administrative operations of the Human Resources Department and interacts with employees, management and external agencies. Basic knowledge of human resource policies, office procedures and customer service standards are essential.
Passes of at least five (5) CSEC (general proficiency level) subjects including English and Mathematics . Must be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as any HRIS.
At least one (1) year's experience in a similar position.

Assisting with recruitment, orientation and benefits administration.

Creating and maintaining employee records/data base management
Maintaining a filing and record keeping system.
Creating and distributing documents and materials.
Processing and dealing with correspondence.
