The IT Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving all company IT systems, equipment, and technical operations. This role ensures minimal downtime, supports business growth, and contributes to building scalable systems in a fast-moving environment.

Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.

Diagnose and repair hardware issues (computers, laptops, printers, networking devices)

Install, configure, and deploy new hardware and software
Assist in setting up workstations, printers, and network connections
Support basic network setup and connectivity troubleshooting
Ensure systems are organized, labeled, and documented properly
Maintain inventory of IT equipment, spare parts, and consumables
Track usage, condition, and lifecycle of all devices
Recommend replacements, upgrades, and cost-saving solutions
Ensure availability of critical spare parts to reduce downtime
Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions
Support automation and process improvements where possible
Work with management to improve system reliability and performance
Assist in building structured IT systems as the company scales
Ensure all equipment meets operational standards before use
Maintain high-quality output in all repairs and installations
Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance and quick response
Maintain clean, organized, and safe working environments
Work closely with operations, admin, and management teams
Support production and logistics systems when required
Communicate issues clearly and provide practical solutions
Assist in training staff on basic system usage
