OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Castle Security Services Inc. is seeking a skilled and committed Operations Supervisor to lead our security team and help maintain a safe, efficient, and professional environment across all client locations. Must be a citizen of the Republic of Guyana.

🎯 Requirements:

·       Strong knowledge of security protocols and operational procedures.

·       Excellent leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.

·       Ability to work with confidential information.

·       Trained in first-aid/CPR and knowledgeable in conflict management.

·       Able to conduct facility inspections and navigate various environments.

·       Experience in security training and performance evaluation.

🔐 Key Responsibilities:

·       Supervise, guide, and support security officers to ensure high performance and professionalism.

·       Coordinate daily security operations including patrols, access control, incident response, and emergency procedures.

·       Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to reduce vulnerabilities.

·       Enforce company policies, procedures, and OSHA standards.

·       Respond to and investigate security incidents; prepare accurate reports and follow-up actions.

·       Train security staff on protocols, emergency response, and performance expectations.

·       Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and law enforcement.

·       Oversee resource allocation, equipment, and record-keeping.

·       Manage conflicts calmly and professionally.
