Inventory Clerk

Inventory Clerk required to post requisition, Issue goods, post goods received notes and pack stocks in storeroom on weekends and holidays.

• At least 5 CXC subjects Must have a pass in Mathematics.

• Previous experience would be an asset

• Preferably male

• Count, record, and verify stock levels

• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks

• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments

• Update inventory databases or spreadsheets

📝 Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate inventory logs

• Enter data into inventory management systems

• Report discrepancies (shortages, overstock, damaged items)

• Prepare basic inventory reports for supervisors

🚚 Receiving & Stocking

• Receive and inspect deliveries

• Check shipments against purchase orders or invoices

• Label and organize stock properly

• Restock shelves or storage areas as needed
