Yokohama Trading is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Issuance Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate would play a key role in controlling and tracking the distribution of items, documents, and vehicle-related materials to ensure operations run smoothly and accurately.
· Minimum of CXC/CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English
· Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field would be an asset
· Previous experience in a clerical, inventory, or administrative role is preferred
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and record-keeping systems
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong communication and time-management skills.
· Possess a valid Driver’s License.
· Age range between 20-30 years.
· Issue and record items, documents, or vehicle-related materials accurately and in a timely manner
· Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all issued items
· Ensure timely approval of in-house financing transactions before registration.
· Verify requests and ensure proper authorization before issuance
· Ensure vehicles are registered in a timely manner
· Update customers on vehicle status
· Update inventory or tracking systems to reflect issued items
· Conduct routine checks to ensure accuracy of stock and records
· Coordinate with Sales, Operations & Workshop teams
· Verify approvals before releasing items
· Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to management
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
· Deliver Vehicles to Customer
