Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer oriented Sales Representative to join our cosmetic store team. The store offers makeup, perfumes and hair and skincare products. The Sales Representative will assist customers, provide product recommendations, and help achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• NIS (National Insurance Scheme

• Police Clearance

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (cosmetic experience is an advantage).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of beauty and skincare products.

• Friendly, professional appearance.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable products (makeup, perfumes, skincare, haircare, and over-the-counter medications).

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

• Demonstrate makeup and cosmetic products when necessary.

• Promote new arrivals, special offers, and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays.

• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and skincare routines.

• Ensure compliance with store policies and health regulations (especially when handling medications).
