Deal with complaints and suggestions referred by the Customer/Consumer Response Officer within the established time frame.
Provide advice to customers on proper storage, use and handling of products.
Collaborate with Quality Control Department to resolve product complaints.
Provide feedback on customer complaints/ communication to Customer/ Consumer Response Officer.
