Description

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be the face of the company in the market, representing our pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for a confident, professional, and relationship-driven individual with a strong interest in healthcare and sales.

This is a hybrid role that involves semi-regular travel within your assigned territory to visit customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include calling or messaging customers, scheduling and conducting visits, delivering product presentations, following up on inquiries, and gathering market intelligence. While much of the work is completed independently and in-house, you will also collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.

You will be supported with comprehensive product information, marketing materials, and ongoing management guidance to help you succeed and grow in the role.

Requirements

  • Pharmaceutical knowledge required

  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare, or medical-related roles preferred

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field is an asset

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

  • Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities

  • Promote and represent pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Schedule and conduct customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups

  • Provide accurate product information in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines

  • Generate and process customer orders in coordination with operations team

  • Monitor product availability and communicate stock updates to customers

  • Achieve assigned sales targets

  • Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information

  • Support product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment
