A Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the bar.
High school diploma/degree in hospitality or relevant field may be preferred.
Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor {3-5 years} or relevant role.
Knowledge of mixology, drink menus, and bar operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Ability to use a cash register and POS system.
Overseeing the operation of the restaurant bar, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Training, supervising, and scheduling bar staff.
Enforcing health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.
Ordering and managing inventory of bar supplies, including alcohol and bar equipment.
Creating and updating the drink menu, often in collaboration with restaurant management.
