Farfan & Mendes Company is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring that customer requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Minimum of five (5) CSEC Subjects including Mathematics and English A
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role will be an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Greet customers and answer questions about products, pricing and current promotions.
Provide recommendations to customers regarding the best product(s) based on the stated purpose.
Assist customers with locating products and verifying inventory availability.
Prepare customers’ quotations and invoices ensuring that items supplied are correct based on the invoices.
Ensure scheduled stock checks are performed on all displayed items and depleting items are replenished regularly.
Ensure all stock check sheets are submitted to the store supervisor for evaluation.
Ensure all price tags attached to items reflect the correct prices.
Ensure all items on show are cleaned on a regular basis.
Ensure original purchase orders are collected, and all charged bills and invoices are properly signed.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.
Take calls and respond to customers via telephone when necessary.
Operate as interim cashier when required.
