Cargo Supervisor

We are seeking a Cargo Supervisor to oversee daily cargo operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating shipments, and maintaining high standards in cargo handling and customer service.

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse supervision

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of cargo systems and documentation

• Supervise and coordinate cargo handling, scanning, and dispatch operations

• Ensure all shipments are accurately processed and documented

• Assign tasks to team members (warehouse, scanning, packing, etc.)

• Monitor and enforce SOP compliance

• Coordinate with drivers, airport staff, and the service team

• Ensure all shipment reports are completed accurately

• Address and resolve operational and customer-related issues

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
