Floor It is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects Administrative Coordinator to support the planning and execution of indoor installation projects.

This is a structured, execution-focused role within the Projects Department, responsible for ensuring smooth coordination and operational support.

Requirements

 Has 1–3 years’ experience in administration, coordination, or construction support
 Is highly organized and detail-oriented
 Works well under deadlines
 Communicates clearly and professionally
 Is confident using Excel and internal tracking systems

Must have their own transportation

Accuracy and reliability are essential in this role, as project delivery depends on strong coordination and documentation.
