The Finance Administrator is responsible for supporting the company's financial operations by maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and reconciliations. This role ensures that financial data is organized, up to date, and compliant with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have experience working in Accounts or Finance departments.

  • Certificates, diplomas or other academic achievements in Accounts

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining accurate financial records

  • Perform regular reconciliations of financial information and accounts

  • Support payroll preparation and related administrative processes

  • Prepare and generate routine financial reports for internal use

  • Assist with tracking payments, expenses, and financial documentation

  • Support audits, reviews, and internal checks as required

  • Carry out other finance-related

  • administrative duties as assigned
