The Claims Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end claims process by coordinating documentation, ensuring timely processing, and serving as a liaison between claimants, adjusters, providers, and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently.
A minimum of 5 CXC Subjects including Mathematics and English Grades 1-3
Relevant qualifications or studies in Business Administration or a related field
1–3 years of experience in claims processing, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Receive, review, and process incoming claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
Track claim status and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Enter and maintain accurate claim data
Assist with resolving claim discrepancies, denials, or escalations
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, service-level agreements, and internal procedures
Prepare reports, correspondence, and claim-related documentation as needed
