Description

The Claims Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end claims process by coordinating documentation, ensuring timely processing, and serving as a liaison between claimants, adjusters, providers, and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 CXC Subjects including Mathematics and English Grades 1-3

  • Relevant qualifications or studies in Business Administration or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in claims processing, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process incoming claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies

  • Track claim status and ensure timely follow-up and resolution

  • Enter and maintain accurate claim data

  • Assist with resolving claim discrepancies, denials, or escalations

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, service-level agreements, and internal procedures

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and claim-related documentation as needed
