Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join
our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building
strong client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s
market presence. This role combines strategic sales activities with hands-on marketing
execution to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales and/or marketing with at least Three (3) years of experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and digital marketing
tools is an asset.
Technically savvy with knowledge of social media.

Sales
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through networking,
referrals, cold calling, and market research.

Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service
and tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer needs to inform sales
strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Marketing
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to
increase brand awareness.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital and
traditional channels (social media, email campaigns, brochures, etc.).
Support market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and customer
insights.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Track and report the performance of marketing activities and recommend
improvements.
