Description

Deal with delinquent customer regarding outstanding account balances; maintain job performance and quality standards, and house- keeping practices. 

Requirements

4 Subjects CXC/GCE ‘O’ Level (including English Language and Mathematics)

3 Years Work Experience in Handling Collections

Valid Driver's License

Must own vehicle (Car/Motorcycle)

Responsibilities

  • Obtain list of age balances for customers at various departments or branches. 

  • Visit delinquent customer to collect outstanding debts. 

  • Advise customers on arrangements for settling debts with the Company. 

  •  Serve demand letters to delinquent customers attend court proceedings in regard to outstanding debts.
