Skilled Construction Worker

Skilled worker to undertake construction work in the areas of masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling.

Standard Working Hours - 7:00 am to 5:00pm; 5 days a week; job may require varying hours or working weekends or overtime as needed to meet deadlines for periods.

Working Location - Employee reports to site office in Georgetown and is transported to job site by company transport. Sites are typically along the East Bank and Soesdyke Highways at present.

• Minimum of 3 years prior construction experience

• Mastery of at least one or more finishing skills (carpentry/masonry etc). Multiple skills are an asset.

• Training certificates or any relevant qualification from a recognized institution is an asset

• Preferred method of pay is via a bank account deposit. Cash payment is available.

• To complete construction and finishes to a neat standard in keeping withe the client expectations and project drawings/scope

• To adhere to safety practices and safety equipment use at all times

• To maintain a work area that is clean and orderly at all times
