Description

Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment; organize for routine and preventative maintenance of them; maintain job performance and quality standards, and good housekeeping practices; use the necessary tools and software to troubleshoot plc-configured circuits. 

Requirements

UG/GTI/GITC Diploma Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation level 2

or

Electrical Electronics Maintenance level 2 

2- 3 Years Relevant Work Experience 

Responsibilities

  • Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment, following electrical code and blueprints.  

  • Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment and connect cables and wires between machines and equipment.  

  • Certify that all electrical wiring is safe in the Plant. 

  • Arrange for preventative and routine maintenance and report malfunctioning problems promptly.
