Castle Security Services Inc. is seeking disciplined, reliable, and safety-conscious personnel to join our team. This role is critical to our daily operations and requires individuals who are punctual, professional, and committed to upholding the company’s standards. Must be a citizen of the Republic of Guyana.

🎯 Requirements:

· Must be between the ages of 25 and 55 years.

· Valid Driver’s License (where applicable to assigned duties).

· Minimum three (3) years of relevant professional experience in security operations, supervisory roles, or professional driving.

· Defensive Driving Certification (required for personnel operating company vehicles).

· Clean Police Certificate of Character, updated within the last six (6) months.

· Must be physically fit and medically capable of performing assigned operational duties.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

· Strong communication skills with a good command of the English language (oral and written).

· Sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

· Previous experience in the security field or related protective services is considered an asset.

· Execute assigned duties in accordance with company policies, operational procedures, and client requirements.

· Maintain a high level of alertness, situational awareness, and professionalism at all times.

· Safeguard personnel, assets, equipment, and/or assigned resources under your responsibility.

· Adhere strictly to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal compliance standards.

· Conduct regular inspections of assigned equipment, vehicles, or posts to ensure operational readiness.

· Accurately complete required logs, reports, and documentation in a timely manner.

· Report incidents, irregularities, hazards, or safety concerns immediately through the proper chain of command.

· Provide courteous, professional service to clients, visitors, and colleagues at all times.

· Assist with operational tasks, coordination, and support functions as required by supervisors.

· Respond calmly, decisively, and professionally during emergencies or high-risk situations.

· Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company and client information.

· Uphold the organization’s standards of discipline, integrity, and conduct both on and off duty.
