Description
We are looking for a highly disciplined and operationally experienced CIT Manager to lead our Cash-in-Transit operations. This is a critical leadership role overseeing cash logistics services including CIT movement, ATM/ABM replenishment, cash processing, vault operations and operational safety & compliance.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field (or equivalent operational experience)
· 5–10 years’ experience in security, CIT, logistics, or regulated/high-risk operations
· Minimum 5 years in a management role leading large teams
· Security or firearms licensing/certification is an asset
· Strong leadership, operational control, and compliance background
· Competent in Microsoft Office and operational systems
Responsibilities
* Lead ad coordinate daily Cash-in-Transit, ATM/ABM, cash processing and vaulting activities.
*Ensure reliable service delivery in line with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Manage operational budgets, costs and efficiency metrics.
Design secure and efficient routes, conduct risk assessments and optimize SLA adherence.
Oversee fleet utilization, maintenance and compliance.
Build and lead a disciplined, high-performing workforce.
Drive safety, risk management and compliance culture.
Identify efficiency improvements through technology and process upgrades.
