1 year experience in a Call Center environment
Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple applications
Flexible team player – supports the team well and able to makeshift adjustments on short notice
Must have basic computer knowledge
Competent use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook
Maintaining a positive, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Clear Verbal Communication.
Active listening.
Ability to explain information simply — breaking down complex issues into easy‑to‑follow steps.
