Description

Under general supervision, provide excellent service to the organization’s customers by staying on top of compliance standards and regulations and keeping carriers up to date and compliant through daily data validation, quality control, addressing and resolving inquiries, and problem solving to reach the best possible outcome keeping both the customer satisfaction and organization in mind.

Requirements

·        5 successful passes or more at CSEC or equivalent. Diploma in a related field preferred.

·        2 years’ customer service experience.

·        Typing Speed and Accuracy >25 WPM

·        English test > 80%

Responsibilities

·        Supervise twenty-20 (Maximum).

·        Supervise the everyday workings of the Department’s operating processes and increase the efficiency of workers for various growth-oriented programs.

·        Complete work assignments for your Team.

·        Review and handle all Escalations from the Team. 

·        Conduct weekly Audits to assess the quality and accuracy of his/her Team.

·        Produce Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Reports for Clients and Internal Management on the findings and progression of his/her Team.

·        Conduct Performance Scorecard Reviews and coaching with the Team. 

·        Conduct and assist with Training Exercises. 

·        Control and manage all administrative tasks relating to the Team. 

·        Conduct Outlier Management and Performance Improvement Plans.

·        Responsible for accurate timekeeping of the Team’s attendance and notifying Leadership of any issues or absences.
