Sales Outreach Coordinator


Job Location



The Sales Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers or clients through various channels to promote a company's products or services. They work closely with the Engineering teams to generate leads, nurture relationships, and assist in achieving revenue targets.



 Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Excel.

Good understanding of the company's products or services.

Self-motivated and results-driven.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.


Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers or target accounts. Use various tools and strategies to gather contact information.

 Outreach Campaigns: Create and execute outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, social media, or other communication channels to initiate contact with leads.

 Engagement: Engage with leads to educate them about the company's products or services, answer questions, and qualify their interest in potential opportunities.

 Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, ensuring that customer relationship management (CRM) systems are regularly updated.

 Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall sales and marketing strategies.

 Follow-up: Implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads, build relationships, and move prospects through the sales funnel.

 Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on outreach activities, including key metrics such as conversion rates and lead quality.

 Feedback: Gather feedback from leads and relay valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
