Description

Demerara Distillers Limited is seeking applications from interested persons to fill the position of Welder.

Requirements

  • Certificate in welding or related discipline from a technical institute. No experience is required

  • Good verbal communication and the ability to work in a team environment

  • The ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

·        To fabricate according to the required measurements and specifications with accuracy

·        To perform repairs by fabricating parts of mechanical systems

·        To assist in the maintenance of the plant operations, specifically for fabricating tasks

·        To ensure that all tasks are performed in a timely manner
