Five CXC subjects Grade 1 or 2 in Mathematics and English.
Minimum of 2 years as a cashier.
Accept payments and issuing receipts to customers. Entering payment transactions in Zoho Books and the Cashier’s daily cash accounting document.
Ensuring the balancing of all cash inflows and outflows at the end of the day when operating in cashier function.
Keeping track of money set aside whether it's for refund, contract employee payments, etc. by recording them according to company procedures.
Warmly and professionally answering inbound calls, assisting customers with telephone inquiries, and directing the calls to the appropriate team member as necessary.
Offering friendly and patient assistance to in-office customers and online customers. This includes providing quotations to customers both in-store and online.
