Minimum 2 years working experience in similar or related field
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel
Filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and other basic office tasks.
Maintaining accurate and organized records, both physical and digital.
Entering and maintaining information in databases or spreadsheets.
Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries.
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
