The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner plays a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives and providing tactical HR support to designated business units. This position collaborates closely with business leaders to understand their unique needs, identify HR solutions, and implement effective strategies to optimize talent and performance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Generalist or Business Partner role.
Knowledge of a variety of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.

Working Conditions:
Position-Full-Time
Hours of Work-8:00 a,m. To 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday . Working hours may vary depending on assignment schedules and business needs.

Strategic HR Partnership:
Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Provide strategic HR advice and guidance on a range of topics, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Support and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Oversee the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Manage employee performance, including end of probations, performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching.
Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations in a timely manner.
Compensation and Benefits:
Contribute to the management of compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and benefits enrollment.
Support with conducting salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness.
Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Organizational Development:
Identify and implement organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Facilitate team-building activities, leadership development programs, and training sessions.
Conduct employee surveys to assess organizational health and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Manage HR data and reporting to maintain compliance and inform decision-making.
Identify and mitigate HR risks to protect the organization.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decision-making in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Generalist and People Resources Manager.
Utilize HR analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
