High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or supply chain management is a plus.
Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to determine procurement needs.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain product information, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Track the status of orders and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information and purchase histories.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying potential vendors.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
