NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB
The Employee Relations Officer is responsible for the entire employee experience and performs a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, including resolving human relations issues and fostering employee morale and well-being.
SHIFT DETAILS
Mon to Fri 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Certification in HR, social work, or psychology.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Responds to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and human resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
Listens to and counsels employees regarding work, family, or personal problems.
Explains company compensation and benefits programs, such as medical insurance, retirement, and savings plans, and enrols workers in specified programs.
Arranges for employee recreational facilities and activities.
Attends conferences and meetings as an employee-management liaison to facilitate communication between parties.
Prepares reports, enters and updates medical insurance (NIS & private), and other personnel forms and records.
Inspects and ensures working conditions for all employees are safe, clean, and comfortable.
Accompanying employees to seek medical attention when injured or ill while at work.
Conducting exit interviews.
Managing employee complaints, escalating, and seeking management intervention.
Use surveys, focus group discussions, and one-on-one sessions to get employee feedback and make recommendations to management.
Planning and participating in CSR initiatives.
Support with filing and other administrative tasks.
Any other tasks are assigned.
