The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize process efficiency and productivity. In addition, a crucial role is played in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors. In this role, collaborating with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, has to be done to create effective business plans and ensure the timely procurement, accurate inventory management, and efficient distribution of products from suppliers to store.
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (experience in fast-paced food or manufacturing environments is a plus).
Strong understanding of supply chain functions: procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with data analysis tools being a bonus.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capability.
Analytical problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled negotiator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience in dynamic environments.
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations—procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
Forecast demand and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Maintain accurate, organized records of supplies, orders, shipments and deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure cost-effective sourcing.
Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
Develop and implement logistics strategies that boost operational performance and service quality.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, health, and food handling standards.
Support and guide supply chain team members to promote excellence and continuous improvement.
Manage delivery operations, including vehicle/fleet logistics and material handling resources.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Production to align the supply chain with business goals.
