Description

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Hard Rock Café, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service delivery, and efficient team management. The AGM plays a critical role in leading staff, maintaining operational standards, driving sales, and upholding Hard Rock Café’s brand values of music, service, and authentic experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to inspire and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage financial targets, inventory, and operational performance.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Knowledge of restaurant software, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.

Ensure delivery of world-class guest service consistent with Hard Rock’s standards.

Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve performance and service goals.

Monitor daily financial performance, including sales targets, labor costs, and expenses.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
