Description

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support etc. to administrative staff.

The candidate must own a motorbike, which is essential in forming daily duties.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

·        5 CSEC including Maths and English

·        Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.

·        Must own a motorbike - car license will be an asset

 COMPETENCIES:

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·        High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSABLITIES

·        Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately, including supplier invoices into accounting software

·      Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

·        Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

·        Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

. Collection of payments from customers and make NIS, PAYE and GRA payments

·       Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by management in an efficient and effective manner.

. Perform bank errands
