We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to lead and manage system-based monitoring, data analysis, and reporting across operational departments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of internal systems, dashboards and performance metrics. The role also includes providing remote technical support to staff and ensuring accurate and timely reporting across platforms.
Experience in working with cloud-based platforms or ERP/CRM systems
Previous remote support or helpdesk experience
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace
Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data
Effective communication skills, especially in providing remote guidance and support
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple departments
Monitor the performance of operational systems, data flows and reporting dashboards
Generate analytical reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Track trends, identify anomalies and escalate system issues proactively
Ensure reports are delivered on schedule and meet internal standards
Maintain documentation of system performance and reporting protocols
Provide remote support to staff on system usage, data entry issues and troubleshooting basic technical problems
Assist with onboarding and training users
Support teams in navigating dashboards and interpreting reports
Act as liaison between field users and IT/data management teams
