Description

The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks such as maintaining organized filing systems, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of computers, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong communication skills; ability to interact productively with superiors, peers, and external parties.

  • Superb organizational skills.

  • 3 years of administrative experience in an office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Updating the filing system for administrative and audit purposes.

  • Assist in the daily preparation and circulation of the T&D Director’s Day Timer.

  • Update the whiteboard with all training information for the CGOC training facility and assist all CGOC staff with any training-related queries.
